A popular community leader and Special Assistant to the executive governor of Delta State, on Political Matters, Hon Agboegbulem Kingsley, has congratulated his Boss and a man whose name is synonymous with kindness, Mr Hilary Ibegbulem, fondly called, ‘the Lion of Africa as he adds another year on Tuesday, October 27.
Agboegbulem, also known as, Obla in his congratulatory message said, ” I and members of my family heartily felicitate with my Boss, mentor, leader and Principal Secretary to the executive Governor of Delta State, Mr Hilary Ibegbulem, the Lion of Africa, on his birthday anniversary today, October 27.
