Former transition committee chairman,Ika South Local Government Council, Hon Andrew Obiazi, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa at he clocked 61 on July 8.
Obiazi who currently serves as Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Project Monitoring thanked the Almighty God for adding another year to the governor’s age.
