The Boji-Boji International Market which is currently under construction, is set to be completed by December according to the words of the Chief Executive Officer, Graceland Channels Ltd, Pastor Nat Omoruyi, the firm handling the state of the art project.
The ultra modern market which is earmarked to have over 180 lockup stalls including modern facilities is indeed gradually nearing completion stage with some sections already at roofing and painting level.
Chatting with newsmen, Pastor Omoruyi stated that work was stalled for over a week due to the halt in supplies of materials occasioned by the #ENDSARS protest which engulfed major towns and cities across the country. “We couldn’t get our supplies due to the blockades on the roads and this hiatus caused us over 10 days of inactivity on the site. Thank God everything is now back to normal and hopefully by the end of November, we must have completed the first section of the market”.
Commenting on the responsiveness of customers in acquiring stalls, he noted that the response has been massive and that the people are highly appreciative of the quality of work being executed in the market and assured them that his firm will live up to their reputation of delivering a project which will stand the test of time.
