Our Community has been neglected, Ogbe-Unor residents tells Okowa
The people of Ogbe-Unor Community in Ejeme Aniogor Kingdom, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State have cried out over the neglect of their community.
Diokpa Joseph Okwuseogu, the eldest man in the community disclosed this in a chat with Ika Mirror during the week,saying that his community has not benefited from Governor Okowa’s administration since his inception in office.
He appealed to Delta State Government led by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to extend the dividends of democracy to his area, in the area of provision of socio amenities such as electricity, portable borehole water, construction of Eleme Aniogor (Eke) market secondary school road, Ejeme Aniogor to Obiduhon then to Ekuku-Agbor road.
In a related development, an executive member of Ogbe-Unor Community, Mr. Enebuse Afam lamented that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa did not recognize his community Ejeme – Aniogor in terms of the distribution of socio-amenities.
He prayed that one day God will touch the Governor’s mind to approve the major project in Ejeme – Aniogor Community.
Speaking further, he stated that Ejeme Aniogor Community is Peoples Democratic Party (P.D.P) Community, strongly standing steadfast for the party interest.
He stated that his community will continue to look forward for the Governor to pay attention to Ejeme-Aniogor Community request in this his second tenure in office.
