…commends proprietor’s foresight
A mega cash wash center established along Obi Ikenchuku road, Agbor in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, City Car Wash, has been commissioned.

The well structured car wash attached with garden for relaxation was commissioned by the Secretary to the Delta State Government, Mr. Chinedu Ebie Esq., amidst colourful ceremony held on Sunday, November 1, 2020.
The well attended event by prominent Ika political gladiators, palace Chiefs and indigenous youths, had the SSG commended the proprietor of City Car Wash and Garden, Mr. Celestine Aziken, also known as Alhaji Zoke for his foresight and initiative.
He described the venture as a unique, adding that it was a sight to behold. “It is nice to be here following the recent event which had kept everyone apart. I am happy to see everyone gathered again and I pray God for total restoration that we continue to unite,” he added.
He further commended Zoke for saving his resources to invest and in the same vein urged youths to emulate him.

He tasked the youths to be drivers of innovations so as to engage themselves meaningfully while acknowledging that City Car Wash and Garden will create employment and improve the economy through revenue generation.
He encouraged Zoke to remain focused as growing a business wasn’t that an easy task.
Speaking to newsmen, the Executive Chairman Ika South Local Government Area, Hon. Victor Okoh thumbs up for Zoke, positing that City Car Wash and Garden has added to the aesthetic nature of the local government beyond economic empowerment in view.
“It is a welcome development. My administration will continue to support initiatives that can impact positively on the people. And I want to assure the good people of Ika South to expect more of good governance from us as we have lots of initiatives that can impact positively on the people.
“The proprietor of City Car Wash and Garden approached us with his initiative and we realize that is something positive that we can support and immediate keyed into it which now has come to a reality and everyone is happy about it.
“This is our land, but since government alone cannot do it all, we are looking for people with positive initiative to partner.
“The ongoing construction of Dein’s International market is a project we supported on partnership and it’s speedily been executed without the government fund.
“Government has realized that partnership is the way forward for development to drives faster”, Hon. Okoh explained.
On his part, Mr. Celestine Aziken expressed gratitude to God for his grace, which he said has continually paved way for him.
He noted that City Car Wash and Garden is a recreational centre to improve the social aspect of life of the people and most importantly, to engage the human mind.
Going forward, the proprietor thanked all and sundry who had support his vision and immensely appreciated the SSG and Hon. Victor Okoh for their encouragement.
He also used the medium to advice youths to always think positively and be productive.
