Fire has razed down a residential building at Umunede in Ika North East Local Government Area, Delta State.The building which belongs to Mrs. Helen Eboh is situated at No.26 Palace Road, Umunede.
Speaking to newsmen on the sad development, Mrs. Helen Eboh said that the cause of the fire was not known as they were taken by surprise.
Her words, “We were surprised how the building was burnt down. I narrowly escaped from the inferno. The damaged caused by the mysterious fire is over fifty million naira (#50,000,000).At the moment I’m homeless and without any money on me.”
She appealed to government, well meaning individuals and groups to come to her rescue.
