EndSars Protests:
Ehikwe reaction to Lekki Toll
“Is this the Nigeria we all pray to be bonded in freedom? I don’t think so. For our national flag to bleed red shows that the right to good governance is not our right. I guess the only right we have is the right to support evil and all its roots.
Dear Nigerian politicians, I hope you all are happy. I hope you all are actually having your plenary sessions to discuss further harm. No problem.
Do not forget that posterity will judge you and all your heinous crimes to see that we remain voiceless and helpless.
I promise you, my unborn generation will hear of how you all lived your lives in wickedness and inhumanely characters. All you ever seek are sentimental platitudes that will certainly not give you a record of justice and fairness….
This is heartbreaking. This is so unfair.
That I cannot say my mind anymore? That I cannot protect my generation and secure a future for them? That I cannot elect the right leadership that will govern and protect me?
What is all these? Why can’t we do what is right for once. Believe me, just a day of you all doing the right thing can wipe away wasted years of all the wrong doings. Yet, you all choose to sit and talk about what does not exist.
Unless there is no God in heaven, thank God He is ever present. He will judge us according to how we acknowledge Him in our lives. Let us watch and see how His intervention will suffer your generation born and unborn.
My heart truly bleeds. I’m sleepless. I’m in pain. I’m in sorrow. I’m so not feeling my environment as my heart aches for peace in our lands.
I hope this helps me to heal. I hope I find the heart to forgive. I hope I find the heart to believe that change is really at our doorsteps. I hope I find the heart to forgive the murderers of this brave hearts who even refused paramedics to perform their duties.
I pray God to grant the greatest consolations to the families that have lost a dear one in these trying times. I pray that the death of these beautiful souls will find rest in God. May their death cry like that of Cain so that God’s wrath will be upon those deserving of it.
Biko Chukwu Onye Okike, forgive us our sins and purge Nigeria from corruption and bad leadership. Because it is only in Nigeria we fight corruption with corruption. It is only in Nigeria that it’s leadership is governed by those who think they have the whole world in their hands forgetting that You oh Lord made the universe.
May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace and may God’s light of mercy, compassion, pardon, grace continually be upon their souls. Amen.”
