The Vincent Oyarhehua Humanitarian Foundation, on Sunday January 2021 began operation with the hosting of widows at its secretariat No. 4, Nicholas Osagbobu Street in Ohumere Quarters, Ime-Obi Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area.
In a chat with newsmen, the president of the foundation and General Overseer (G.O), Victory Higher Ground Solution Ministry, Prophet Vincent O. Braimoh stated that God gave him the vision of the foundation for charity works.
According to him, “It has been registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Today marks the take-off of the foundation with hosting of widows. Giving hope to the hopeless is our goal. Caring for widows, orphans and alms giving remains our core mandate.
“The foundation has planned to pay its widows monthly to enable them meet their needs. I know it may be tstipendsasking, but with God, all our needs shall be provided”.
While thanking God for the success of the take-off ceremony, Prophet Braimoh disclosed that construction work has begun on the foundation’s permanent site.
He added that his vision is to see that the foundation exist worldwide in order to reach out to many.
The Agenebode, Edo State born clergy said it is the will of God and blessing to the people that the foundation is taking-off in Agbor, Ika land.
In his tribute, the Secretary of the foundation, Pastor Edwin Usi Osakwe said that as clerics establishing a foundation was a continuation of God’s work to further show care and love in both humanitarian and egalitarian services. He added that Vincent Oyarhehua Humanitarian Foundation was established to care, protect, provide, guide and save lives spiritually, physically, economically, financially and morally.
Pastor Osakwe enjoined members of the public to learn to show love to their neighbours rather than mock them.
Responding, Mrs. Grace Osaigbogun said she lost her husband to the cold hands of death six years ago. She disclosed that the foundation president who is also the G.O of his church, Prophet Braimoh has been a very caring man and supportive of every good course brought before him. She prayed God to strengthen him and other board members of the foundation and send them helpers.
Mrs. Roseline Aghawe who led the prayer session on behalf of the widows, thanked Braimoh and his team of board members for their care and love shown to them. She decreed that the God of the widows and orphans will make a way for the foundation to grow and be remembered.
