The Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Intra-party Conflicts Management and stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party, Ika South chapter, Hon. Michael Abanimoro, has congratulated Deltans as they celebrate 29th anniversary of the state creation.
The erudite scholar and pragmatic political leader, in his goodwill message to Deltan’s congratulated them for being united and also applauded their support to the government of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
He remarked that Deltans are resourceful and also blessed with potential leaders propagating good governance, but frowned on the part fact that some self acclaimed leaders,were only out for their personal interest.
Meanwhile, he congratulated the state governor for being prudent, focused and determined to build a better Delta State, thereby encouraged him to soldier on as the sky is his limit.
“I wish to congratulate our esteem leader, Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa and Deltans at large for the success story of the state thus far. I thank God that we still remain as a state despite the downturn of the state economy, but would encourage all to remain steadfast and be supportive to one another irrespective of party affiliations,” Hon. Abanimoro added.
