A former lawmaker and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State, Hon Williams Eluma, has congratulated the acting Executive Director, Project, Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Chief(Dr) Cairo Ojougboh as he clocks 61 today, September 8.
Eluma, a state assembly aspirant in the 2019 general elections, in his congratulatory message described Ojougboh as an icon and respected political leader whose achievements in politics is legendary.
