A popular Ika highlife music maestro and the Oworwor King, Joe Morgan,has been made the brand Ambassador of Prince Paradise Global Concept (PPGC) , a fast growing real estate company which currently, has its headquarters in Agbor, Delta State.The well attended ceremony took place last Saturday,July 19,at the company’s office, Imafidonia Plaza, along Old/Lagos Asaba Road, Agbor.
Speaking during the ceremony, the MD/CEO, PPGC, Prince Emmanuel Okonye said that his company is poised to pioneer estate business in Ika Land.
According to Okonye, “We are prepared to pioneer estate business in Ika Land. Currently, we have acres of land at Emuhu where we are commencing with the building of five thousand housing units. We are going to build duplexes, flats and bungalows. We have Arab and Chinese partners. Our local investors are not left out, including those in the diaspora who have been very cooperative. With PPGC an okada man can own a plot of land .We are happy because many people are keying into what we are doing. We have plans for low income earners, they all stand to benefit.
On why his company made Joe Morgan her brand ambassador, the PPGC Boss said, “I have looked and believed that we should celebrate our own.Joe Morgan is our own and he is a celebrity. He has a track record and he is the best from here to be made our brand Ambassador.
Speaking further, Okonye stated, “I’m fully prepared to actualize this vision. I chose Ika Land instead of Lagos or Abuja because charity begins at home. We must sacrifice for our community, local government, state and country to move forward. We are not out to maximize profit but to join efforts to develop Ika Land.
Therefore, we are using this opportunity to call on all Ika residents to patronize PPGC for the overall benefit of Ika Land”.
He thanked all persons who were present at the ceremony, urging them to keep identifying with PPGC.
In his remark, Joe Morgan thanked the PPGC Boss,his staff and management for the recognition, assuring that he will support efforts to take the company to the next level.
Earlier, the Chairman of the ceremony and the Omekeokwu of Otolokpo, Chief Jude Ogbekile commended PPGC for the laudable initiative which he described as first of its kind in Ika Land. He advised that the company should remain focused and committed. He called on Ika residents to patronize PPGC.
