Deltans have been enjoined to keep faith and continue with Governor Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa in his commitment to delivering on his prosperity for all Deltans agenda.
The advise was contained in a goodwill message by Chief Vincent Okobia, the Onyesiwekeleobi of Ute-Okpu kingdom, in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State made the statement in a chat with newsmen at his country home recently, saying that Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa is working like the immediate past governor of the state, Chief James Ibori.
He said that Gov. Okowa has been able to tar the deplorable roads in Delta state, renovate schools and build human capital development, which in various spheres and waxing strongly on infrastructural developments.
Chief Okobia who was the past immediate past PDP chairman, Ute-Erumu disclosed that the state has never had it so good since the inception of Democratic governance in the state and prayed that God and the ancestors of the land will continue to guide and protect the governor and his entire household, ad well as every member of his cabinet and Deltans, across the country and beyond.
He used the medium to implore the state government to look inward, especially, on some viable communities like Ute-Erumu, which he said was a prominent product of various agricultural products and find out avenue to establish any government projects, which will no doubt, create employment, mostly for the youths and other school leavers.
