— Elder Moses Nwakor tells APC Members
The Chairman of the Chief( Dr) Cairo Ojougboh led All Progressives Congress in Ika South Local Government Area, Elder Moses Nwakor has called on the twelve ward chairmen of the ward to work in synergy with the leadership of the party in the local government in order for the party to achieve targeted goals in future elections in the area.
Nwakor who was speaking when he played host to the ward chairmen of the party in Ika South at his office on Wednesday, September 16 at the party Secretariat in Agbor stated that APC as a progressive party is one family, hence, all her members should work in synergy with their leaders to achieve maximum result.
According to Nwakor, ” APC is one family in Ika South Local Government Area. We are out to win elections and render quality service to our people and not to short change them. Therefore, I am calling on all our members particularly, ward chairmen to work in synergy in order for us to achieve our targeted goals. We are proud of our party and we will continue to work towards its growth in all ramifications”.
He used the medium to thank the acting Executive Director, Project, Chief(Dr) Cairo Ojougboh for the great role he is playing to promote the interest of APC in Ika South and Delta State in general. He described Ojougboh as a detribalised, focused, courageous and result oriented political leader who has recorded his footprint in the anals of Nigeria’s history.
He concluded by calling on the people of Ika South to embrace APC and say no to any other political party in the local government. He assured that APC will serve the people better if the party is given the needed support in the local government.
