The late matriarch, Late Mrs. Martha Eru-Okoh has on Saturday, December 18, 2022 been laid to rest at her hometown in Oza-Nogogo, Ika South LGA of Delta State.
The entertainment of guests held at Oza-Nogogo Secondary school field and witnessed the presence of dignitaries within and outside the state to celebrate the matriarch who died at 95.
Speaking to the press immediately after the burial, the first son of the deceased, Mr. Gabriel Okoh noted that their mother has created a vacuum that can not be filled, but noted that they took solace in the good life she lived which was graced with longevity.
He described his mother as a selfless, loving and caring woman who derived pleasure in the happiness of others as well as endearing everyone to herself.
Mr. Okoh noted that their matriarch will be missed by him, his siblings and everyone who had come in contact with her prior to her demise.
