In pursuance of their avowed commitment to win the entire communities in Ika Nation for Christ and to reason together on how to move the Ministry of God to greater heights; the leadership of the Ministers Forum was at Abavo Kingdom recently when the Zone hosted the body for their regular Ministers Revival Conference.
The Conference which took place on Friday, September 18, 2020, at the church auditorium of The Kingdom Truth Ministries also known as Truth And Life Bible Church, Udomi Abavo, in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State; was for a spiritual revival for God to further empower and strengthen them to do exploit and to map out modalities on how to be of great assistance to one another in time of needs.
In attendance were about Ninety Ministers of God, including some Physically Challenged Persons who accompanied the Coordinator of the Program with delegates from Agbor, Ihu-Iyase, Emuhu and Ekuku-Agbor Zones.
In an exhortation, The Guest Speaker and Coordinator of the Forum, Prophet Joseph Igbodo, took his Bible reading from the books of Isaiah 9:2, Acts 3:14, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 and Luke 22:39-46.
Admonishing the gathering, he stated that a growing church troubles a church that is stagnant, while the Ministry of Jesus Christ is a Ministry of righteousness and a church without the Holy Spirit of God cannot stand, likewise a minister without the anointing of God cannot preach the gospel, emphasizing that anointing break the yoke of death; saying that’s what they need for a successful ministry in the Lord’s Vineyard; maintaining that without the anointing of God their Altar will become dormant.
He charged them to be hardworking and committed to their calling of evangelism and not to indulge in farm work; assuring that once they are totally committed to the things of God He will raise people to serve them.
Continuing, The General Overseer of Divine Faith Evangelical Mission International, Agbor, however noted that the problem of the Ministers are the old Prophets, those on top who do not want the Junior Pastors under them to grow. He advised that the only thing which can make them to bear fruits and enjoy the sweetness of their calling is when they hold on to the gospel steadfastly.
Speaking further, the Proprietor of Job Orphanage Home, who is also the Proprietor of St. Stephen Trust Home, both in Agbor, charged them to constantly read the word of God and increase their Prayer life; saying that Jesus Christ is a man of Prayers. He stated that Prayers makes a church, emphasizing that Prayers must be married to the word of God, just like wisdom and knowledge; explaining that without understanding they will misuse wisdom and knowledge.
He encouraged the Pastors to develop the habit of praying day and night; explaining that when Satan wants to destroy their Ministry he will batter their Prayer life.
Prophet Joseph Igbodo, appreciated the Chairman and members of the Physically Challenged Persons and the Ministers for attending the Conference. He enjoined them to always obey the commandments of God and be very careful as Ministers of God by working in accordance to the word of God; disclosing that the Grace of God carry the message of God.
The Conference featured questions/answers, song ministration and prayer session.
During the second session of the Conference, Evangelist Paul Ebede, in a brief message, while admonishing the Men of God stated that most of them do not know the meaning of Religion and Christianity; explaining that the only one that takes people to heaven is Jesus Christ; that is Christianity; emphasizing that they have to understand Christianity so that they can build their churches on that level.
He urged them to build their faith in the Lord; saying that the problem which they have is that they teach but refused to believe that the word of God is what brings their desires into manifestation.
He urged them to understand that the church is not their church but the church of God; emphasizing that the inheritance of the saints is by the power of the Holy Spirit of God.
Evang. Ebede, who took his Bible reading from the books of Acts 20:2 and Romans 16:25-26; after the message distributed some Christian literature books to the Conference delegates.

Ebie, Pastor Michael Ukwuoma, Pastor Austin Ikpegbu, Pastor Friday Nzeh, Pastor Benjamin Glory, Pastor Patrick Ojougboh, Pastor Michael Okorie, Pastor Ade, Pastor Favour, Pastor Peter, Pastor Felix, Brother Chuks Ossai, Emmanuel Omoile; others are members of the physically challenged persons, they are Pastor Emmanuel Silvanus, John Paul (Chairman), Chukwudi Aliagwu and Ogor Friday Okoh amongst many others.
Highpoint of the Conference was the Presentation of 3 Public Address Systems, to three lucky zones of the Ministers Forum in enhancing their missionary work of evangelism; the beneficiaries are Abavo, Ekuku-Agbor and Emuhu Zones. The items were donated by Evang. Paul Ebede.
In his usual kind gesture, Prophet Joseph Igbodo, presented some food items to the Ministers for entertainment after the day’s deliberations.
The donated items include; cartons of fanta orange drink, cartons of gala, cartons of biscuits, cartons of bobo fruit juice, cartons of caprisone fruit drink, rolls of chesse ball and packets of sweet.


Prophet Joseph Igbodo
