BIBLICAL PROOFS THAT MONETARY TITHE BY CHRISTIANS IS UNSCRIPTURAL AND A SCAM
Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking the law. In ignorance, a lot of persons (which is not surprising) have thoughtlessly asked those who kick against the indoctrination of monetary tithes for believers whether those who are tithing are complaining. However, the position of these self-righteous persons is tantamount to asking those who oppose adultery and fornication, whether those practicing it are complaining. It is a fact that they may not be complaining to the hearing of everyone; but that does not change the truism that the law disagrees with their acts.
Interestingly, these Judaic and apocryphal men of the cloth are very much aware that there is No temple of God or tabernacle of meeting being officiated in Jerusalem in this day and age; that there is No Levitical priesthood to officiate at such a temple; that there is No need for a temple or another priesthood other than that of Jesus Christ’s at this time and; that only the Levites had the right to collect tithes at the temple (Numbers 18: 21). There is no place in the Scripture where any pastor or General Overseer of any church is mandated to restructure and redefine the agricultural tithing law for the Israelites and institute monetary tithes of wages and profits for New covenant believers. The Scripture cannot lie, anyone collecting or paying tithes after THE CRUCIFIXION is under God’s curse; “for it is written, cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them” ( Galatians 3: 10).
Therefore, if any modern pastor or General Overseer cannot historically trace back his genealogy from generation to generation without lapses to the family of Aaron, they are NOT and CANNOT be priests authorized by the law to attend to the priesthood (Numbers 3: 10) and offer or receive the Lord’s heave offerings (Numbers 18: 26 – 28 ), otherwise, they contravene the law and their actions could best be described as a SCAM and its consequence is death.
In Deuteronomy 29: 29, the Scripture says that “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and our children forever, that we may do ALL THE WORDS of this law.” Then, why symbolizing?
Despite the fact that the Holy Bible used by many believers are as big as portmanteau, a large number of us still adamantly show preference to live on hearsays and sophistries. In their desperation to live a life full of luxury like their corrupt political counterparts, these self-appointed church honchos have avidly twisted, doctored, reworded and adulterated the word of God as recorded in the Scripture for their stomachs.
Regrettably, this blasphemous approach against the word of God is not only accepted, but it is generally applauded and thus, has led to the emergence of uncountable false doctrines and teachings in the Church today. Consequently, what is taught as a Christian doctrine in one church is seen as a taboo in another church. Yet, in the book of Ephesians 4: 5 – 7, we read that we have “One Lord, one faith, one baptism: one God and Father of all,… But to each one of us, GRACE was GIVEN according to the measure of CHRIST’S GIFT.”
“That we should no longer be children tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by trickery of men, in cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting” (Ephesians 4: 14).
Alas, today, many believers have been caught in the web of deceitful plotting and carried away by the “trickery of men” that monetary tithe is a command by God for all Christians, even when it is obvious that the Scripture says the contrary. These religious mendicants who have assumed the leadership positions in the church use every ounce of their power to apply hermeneutics, paralogism, sophistries, and creative symbolism to hoodwink and defraud the unsuspecting believers
