Obianke family dedicates child to GodIt was all praises and thanksgiving to the Almighty God for the family of Comr. Saturday Melekwe Obianke, as the dedicated their beautiful daughter, Baby Chukwuebube Awesome Obianke, to God.
The occasion held on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Church of God mission, Grace House located at Charles Street, was joined by various club members such as Stakeholders of National Association of Ika Students, Executive members of National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ika South chapter, friends and family members who were later treated with good food and drinks at the celebrants residence.
While dedicating Baby Awesome to God, the Zonal coordinator, Rev, Donatus Gheghor and Bishop F.O Udume JP. described her as a light of God which no evil can have hold on.
He enjoined the parent to always train the child which according to him was a gift from God, on the right path while also urging the family to hold closer to God. He therefore anointed the child, asking that God should bless and shield her from the arrows of the wicked.
Obi Satymale as fondly called and his gorgeous wife, Mrs. Obianke who were overwhelmed with joy, recounted their testimonies, positing that Baby Awesome came to rekindle their joy and also cover all that they had lost.
All who graced the occasion, rejoiced with the family and also referenced God for His uncommon blessings.
The climax of the event was the formal dedication of the baby to God, dance by the couple and entertainment of guests.
