It doesn’t matter whether sweet orange (citrus sinensis) or sour orange (citrus aurantium), one thing is certain, they are all citrus, this fruit is one of the best kinds in the entire universe.
There are 600 varieties of orange falling into two main types: sweet and bitter although, its functions are magnanimous, there is a saying, one apple a day keeps you away from the doctor.
But I say to you, one orange a day keeps you away from illness.
Oranges are renowned for their vitamin C content. In fact, just one orange supplies more than100 percent of your daily vitamin C requirement.
Oranges are also a very good source of vitamin A, foliate, potassium and manganese and also a good source of dietary fiber, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, iron, phosphorus, and copper.
They also contain phytonutrients and flavanones.

And lastly, this fruit is one of the best in the universe today.
