On Saturday, the 8th day of August 2020, I participated in the exercise leading to the successful conduct of the State Congress of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP held at the Cenotaph, Asaba, Delta State.
The Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sen Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and a retinue of his aides which inclúdes members of the State Executive Council, the Speaker and other Honourable members of the Delta State House of Assembly which visibly include the very distinguished Majority Whip of the House, Party leaders and other dignified stakeholders from across Delta State were present at the event which was aimed at making Delta State greater.

The purpose of this note therefore is to emphasize the very landmark importance of the role played by the Majority Whip at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Festus Chukwuyem Okoh, aka Chuky Dandy, Gen Nick Agbogun Rtd and other amiable elders and leaders of PDP in Ika South for thier unalloyed support in the making of my status as a member of the Executive of PDP in Ika South LGA, without which I could not have made the list of participants in the epoch making event.
For this, I remain utterly grateful to all of you for the practical expression of your belief in me firstly as a person and as a Party man.
I have since pledged my unflinching and continuous loyalty to our great Party, the PDP and wish to further reiterate here that as the journey continues, my belief, commitment and dedication to duty and to the Party will not have any reason to be a subject of doubt.
I also use this platform to heartily congratulate the State Chairman, Barr Kingsley Esiso, the State Financial Secretary, Hon Collins Ewere Bello, the State Assistant Secretary, Evang. Sunny Tatabuzorgwu and other members of the State Executive of the Party that were elected at the State Congress.
May Almighty God protect you all and use you and others in the Okowa political lineage to implement the #StrongerDelta mantra and through your immense contribution, finish it strongly.
