The Vice-Chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC, Ika South Local Government Area, Mr Silas Ojete has called on members of the party to remain faithful and loyal to the leadership of Chief(Dr) Cairo Ojougboh, stating that one with Ojougboh is with God.
Ojete who was speaking during the Ika South APC general meeting last weekend at Agbor said, ” It’s time we call a spade a spade. There is no other APC leadership in Ika South except the one Dr Cairo Ojougboh is the leader. We are in the right place because we are with Dr Cairo Ojougboh. One with Cairo Ojougboh is with God, therefore, let us continue to rally round him for the overall good of our party and local government.”
He commended the Elder Moses Nwakor led leadership of the party and members for the various roles they are playing towards the advancement of the party. He pointed out that the only remedy for the alleviation of poverty in Ika South and Delta State is the APC. He added that his party believes in the welfare of the people and will ensure they enjoy it by the time the party takes over governance in the state. He urged Deltans and Ika South people in particular to build tent with the APC and work towards her growth.
