A Notary Public, Senior Special Assistant to the executive governor of Delta State,on Research and Planning and Chairman, Supreme Ideal Publishers Ltd, Hon Barr Reuben Mgbodi,has congratulated his brother and Owanta kinsman, Chief Dr Dickson Nwachukwu Osanu,on his recent honour with the Owa Grand Master Award by His Royal Majesty, Dr Emmanuel Efeizomor 11,OON,JP, the Obi of Owa Kingdom.
Mgbodi, a revered Community leader and stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ika North East Local Government Area in his congratulatory message said, ” On behalf of myself and family, I congratulate my dear brother and kinsman from Owanta Community, Chief Dr Dickson Nwachukwu Osanu,on his recent honour from the Obi of Owa Kingdom and Chairman, Delta State Traditional Rulers Council, His Royal Majesty (Dr) Emmanuel Efeizomor 11,OON,JP with the prestigious Owa Grand Master Award, the highest traditional title in Owa Kingdom.
Chief Dr Dickson Nwachukwu Osanu has displayed an uncommon love and goodwill to our people and great kingdom of Owa and this has stood him out among his equals.

It could be recalled that the traditional ruler of Owa Kingdom,His Royal Majesty ( Dr )Emmanuel Efeizomor 11, in January this year conferred the highest honorary Traditional MgbodiAward in Owa Kingdom ,the Owa Grand Master Award, (OGM) on an illustrious son of the Kingdom and a United States of America based medical Doctor , Chief Dr. Dickson Nwachukwu Osanu .
The prestigious award aƧcording to Dr. Emmanuel Efeizomor 11 was to appreciate Dr. Osanu for his outstanding contributions to the development of Owa kingdom.
Chief Dr Dickson Nwachukwu Osanu also holds the traditional title of Esama of Owa Kingdom.
In the words of Obi Efeizomor, ” Chief Dr Dickson Nwachukwu Osanu has done exceptionally well in advancing the socio cultural, economic well being and infrastructural development of Owa kingdom.He stood to be counted when it mattered most in the history of the Owa traditional institution and the Kingdom at large.
