PETERSON COMMENDS OKOWA, SPEAKER, MEMBERS OF DELTA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY OVER THE CONVERSION OF COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, AGBOR TO UNIVERSITY OF DELTA

The President/Founder of D-Peterson Foundation, Dr. Donald Peterson has commended the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, the Speaker and the entire members of Delta State House of Assembly over the passage of the Executive bill sent by His Excellency for the upgrade of College of Education, Agbor, Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro and Delta State University, Anwai Campus to full-fledged Universities.
In a statement he sent to Pressmen from his Orikeze Avenue residence, he said “To our smart working Governor, I admire your leadership and decision-making skills. I look forward to continuing to learn from you and I appreciate you. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for giving Ika people the University of our dreams. Thank you!”
The statement reads further “To our Honourable Speaker and the entire members of Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), I commend you all for the legislative sagacity that was displayed in the House that led to the passage of this Executive bill. It shows democracy in action and that the House are truly the representatives of the people. Thank you, Honourable members!”
“To my dear people of Ika Nation, University of Delta (UniDel), Agbor has come to stay, let us join hands to make it a model University of international standard. This is our own. Let us cherish and protect it!” The statement concludes.
