The Special Assistant to Delta State governor on Youth Development, Miss Queen Ojebor has congratulated Chief Kester Utebor on his recent conferment as a Chief of Agbor Kingdom. It would be recalled that Chief Kester who is the erstwhile Secretary to Ika South local government council and lecturer, College of Education, Agbor was alongside four conferred chieftaincy titles by the Dein of Agbor HRM Dr Benjamin Ikenchuku Keagborekwuzi 1 in recognition of their service to the kingdom and loyalty to the throne.
In her congratulatory message she stated that Chief Kester Utebor (Dein kan nma) is deserving of the honour for his great contributions towards community development. Noting that his new position is a call to greater service to the kingdom, she charged him and other chiefs of Agbor to work in tandem with the King to move the community forward.
