Social Democratic Party, SDP has condemned the collapse of a part of Edike Street Temporary Market, Agbor. SDP which spoke through its Ika South Chairman, Mr Eke Egede said that the leadership of PDP in Ika South has completely failed the people.
Eke who was reacting to the havoc caused at the market during a heavy down pour on Tuesday evening, September 8, stated that any government whose intention is to continue suffering the people is a bad one and should be stopped by the people.
“PDP has failed in Ika South completely. The party has no reason to continue in government. The recent collapse of a part of Edike Street Temporary Market was an indication that the Hon Victor Okoh led government has missed the point. We cannot continue to live in fools paradise. It’s time we take our decisions as a people and say no to PDP misrule.

“The incident at Edike Street Temporary Market has shown us that we have no government in Ika South. Therefore, as we prepare for our next local government election I am appealing to our people to wholeheartedly support SDP and say no to PDP. A support for SDP is a support for growth and development”, Egede stated.
