The Director-General, Delta State Orientation Bureau, Eugene Azuka Uzum, Esquire, has hailed His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta state, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa on his 61st birthday.
Barrister Uzum in his Goodwill message said many are wondering where and why Deltans and Delta State is basking in the euphoria of peaceful living, this is simply because, the drive, vitality, vivres, resilience, to work tirelessly and deliver such good works can only come from a man blessed by God in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, full of compassion and care, in the person of His Excellency.
“Governor Okawa is a master with the super digital intelligence quotient who will continue to ignite leadership with new fire in all ramifications of life.
Extolling the life of the Governor, Uzum said he is a great exemplary leader, a peace loving father, whose devotion to the cause of Ika land, Anioma, Delta State is unquantifiable and epic.
“Your Excellency, you have been steadfast in defending the gains of our successful living towards attaining the best Society in our dear country; even as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, you have paved the way for higher socio-economic and political development, and has made the Health of Nigerians a priority as the Chairman Health committee through the revitalization of the various health sector which has helped to achieve a universal coverage even as a governor.”
